YPG called mobilization around Kobanê
Salaphist Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) members on the many villages on the banks of the Euphrates river in the Sirin district of Kobane (known as Ayn al-Arab) canton.
YPG forces responded attacks and killed more then 70 ISIS members.
Clashes broke out after the People's Defence Forces (YPG) responded in which 3 amirs (leaders) and 10 gang members were killed.
YPG sources say they have the bodies of 3 amirs, including those of Abu Yusuf Tenfizi and Adem Checheni, and an unidentified Egyptian, and those of 9 salaphist ISIS members.
Three YPG fighters are also reported to have died in clashes that have continued since tuesday.
They have been named as Azize Hüsen (20), Canfeda Dirok (19) and Şeho Şahin (22).
On the other side, YPG forces have liberated the village of Tell Henzir 25 kilometres to the west of Serekaniye known as Ras al-Ayn.
One eyewitnesed reported around 100 wounded ISIS members carried to ex-national hospital in Manbij.
The YPG is expected to make a detailed statement soon.
