    Kaos in Iraq

    Prime Minister of the Federal Kurdistan Nechirvan Barzani holds contacts in Ankara. UN Secretary- General Ban Ki-moon's Special Representative Nickolay Mladenov went to Iraq. On the ohter hand Iraqi President Nouri al Maliki wants to start forming a new government within a week, but he has rejected calls to form an urgent cabinet.

    UN Secretary- General Ban Ki-moon's Special Representative in Iraq Nickolay Mladenov said in his briefing to journalists here yesterday via video from Baghdad.

    He said  "grave" situation in Iraq requires a solution based on military, political and social processes that will address the concerns of all communities.

    Iraqi President Nouri al Maliki wants to start forming a new government within a week, but he has rejected calls to form a urgent cabinet.

    Today Maliki has confirmed to Syria carried out air strikes on ISIS inside Iraqi territory this week.

    Maliki  said Syrian fighter jets had bombed ISIS positions around the border town of Qaim on Tuesday.
    And he added, it "welcomed" any such strike against the ISIS.

    On the other side US Secretary of State John Kerry warned against the threat and said other nations should stay out.

    Kerry also said that he will visit to S. Arabia in order to talk latest devolopings in Iraq.

    Prime Minister of the Federal Kurdistan Nechirvan Barzani holds contacts in Ankara.

    Details of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's Irbil visit are also taken up during Barzani's Ankara contacts.

    Barzani attended an assessment meeting that lasted over two hours with Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, Energy Minister Taner Yıldız and Head of National Intelligence Organization Hakan Fidan.

    After that Barzani met with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

    Oil and energy lines topped the agenda at talks.
